Urban wetlands
We seek to generate meaningful experiences in the conservation of urban wetlands, to revalue their role as shapers of territories and their communities.
Through:
- Planning and designing infrastructure for sustainable use.
- Strengthening the links between the community and the ecosystem.
- The regeneration of its Ecosystem Services.
- The development of studies and research.
- The design of management models.

“Wetlands are a vital natural resource for the survival of humanity and the conservation of biodiversity.” – United Nations Convention on Wetlands
With its landscape and local community, each ecosystem represents a unique territory. In particular, urban wetlands represent immensely valuable ecosystems for their multiple ecosystem functions, but unfortunately threatened by urban, industrial, and climatic pressures, so their protection is of vital importance.
In collaboration with local stakeholders, we design nature-based infrastructure that takes into account the dynamic nature of these ecosystems. This work allows visitors and the community to understand, learn, and appreciate its beauty and ecosystem functions, thus activating a personal and shared connection to its care, regeneration, and conservation.
