Through:
- Participatory design of therapeutic gardens in health centers.
- The creation of spaces with nature that promote the well-being of patients, health teams and their families.

Therapeutic gardens not only provide beauty and serenity, but also offer a space to reconnect with nature and promote processes of well-being and recovery, both physical and emotional.
Since the 1980s, numerous studies have demonstrated the positive impact of nature on health, showing benefits for people with physical, mental, and emotional conditions, as well as for those who support them: healthcare teams and families. Incorporating natural environments into healthcare settings has been shown to reduce stress, improve recovery, and contribute to overall well-being.
In this context, the Cosmos Foundation promotes the development of therapeutic gardens as a concrete response to the challenges facing healthcare systems. Through the design of nature-based infrastructure, we seek to integrate these spaces as part of care processes, advancing their recognition as public policy and promoting the reconnection of people with their environment as an essential component of healing.
